For cancellations for  course appointments, spa days or package days we require a minimum notice of 24 hours. In an event that you are unable to give the minimum notice a 50% charge of your appointment will be made or one treatment will be deducted from your course. On certain weekends we may ask for a deposit to secure your booking. On booking your spa day or Plush package we will need to take a 50% deposit.
ALL NIRVANA COURSES, GIFT VOUCHERS AND SPA DAYS WILL BE HONOURED.

The Plush Loyalty Card is available to all clients and is given to you by your therapist on payment of your first salon treatment. The card is named and dated and is non transferable. The card is stamped once each time you visit the salon for a treatment. Once the card has been stamped a total of 4 times, you will receive a 10% discount on all future treatments and a 5% discount on all future retail purchases for the balance of the year.
